Our Trading Terms and Conditions

Payment Timescales

We do not have a fixed time period for payment, but the sooner we receive payment, the sooner we will dispatch your item. I will send a courtesy email after a week or so to check that all is well, sometimes payments do go missing. If I have not heard anything after 4 weeks, I will have to start the process to recover my fees from e-bay, but will keep you informed at each stage.

Payment and Postage

Within the UK

• Payment
I would be happy to accept payment via the following methods: Personal cheque, PayPal, postal orders and bank transfer.

• Postage Timescales
Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear. I will send items within 2 working days if payment is received by other methods.

I will send parcels up to 1 kilo in weight via Royal Mail standard post, items over 1 kilo will be sent by standard parcel post.

I obtain proof of posting for all parcels sent.

If you would like to insure your parcel, please just let me know of check out the Royal Mail website for costs.

I will confirm via email when your item has been dispatched.

Outside of UK

• Payment
I would be happy to accept payment via the following methods: PayPal, personal check in American Dollars, Euros or Australian Dollars, International bank transfer and money orders that are negotiable within the UK.

• Postage timescale
Please allow up to 2 weeks for cheque clearance. I will send items paid for by other methods within 2 days of receipt of payment.

My standard shipping option is via Royal Mail airmail. Surface mail is also available, please email me for more details.

If you would like to insure your parcel, please let me know or check out the Royal Mail website for options and costs.

I will confirm via email when your item has been dispatched.

General Postage Information

My postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the UK Royal Mail published costs. They also include all packing materials used to ship your item.

Returns

If for any reason the item is not as described in the auction listing, I would be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item in the original packing. The return postage costs would not be included in any refund made. If you feel that the item is not as it should be for any other reason (Apart from incorrect clothing sizes **), please just let me know and I will sort something out.

Our business is selling items on behalf of clients and we try to describe the items as accurately and honestly as we can, listing any known faults, flaws and repairs that we see or that the owner advises us of. As can be expected with second hand items there will be normal wear marks/stains or signs of use and this should always be taken into account.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask questions before bidding. Please do not bid if all your questions or concerns were not answered. We do not sell on approval. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of our auction.

** = Clothing sizes in Auctions are always shown as per what appears on the items, we do not accept returns for clothing not fitting you - Please be sure of your size before bidding.
